Create your own original TRAVELER’S notebook refill (Regular Size) in this special workshop celebrating the 20th anniversary of TRAVELER’S notebook. Your workshop reservation also includes timed entry to the TRAVELER’S COMPANY CARAVAN 20th Anniversary Event.
Choose from a wide variety of papers, from classic writing paper to textured, vintage-inspired, and colorful sheets, arranged buffet-style. Arrange the papers in your preferred order, and our staff will stitch and trim them to complete your custom notebook refill, finished with a cover embossed with the event's exclusive logo.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot for check-in and have your order confirmation email and order number ready. Late arrivals may have reduced participation time.
The reservation fee includes general admission to the event and the cost of creating one original TRAVELER’S notebook refill (Regular Size). Admission is valid only for the reserved date and time and is limited to one guest*.
*Purchases of 20th Anniversary event-exclusive items are limited to one per SKU per admission ticket. Other products may also be subjected to purchase limits depending on availability.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many refills can I make?
Each guest may create one original refill during the workshop. Due to limited space, guests may be asked to conclude their workshop participation and follow staff guidance as they proceed through the venue.
Can I bring my child to the workshop?
Children under 13 do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the workshop. Please note that each reservation includes only one original TRAVELER'S notebook refill. If your child would also like to make a refill, an additional reservation for the same time slot must be purchased using a different email address. If you require any accommodations, please contact support@travelerscompanyusa.com.
How long can I stay at the event and can I re-enter the venue?
Visitors can only enter at the designated time-slot with no re-entry allowed. We will be managing admissions throughout the day, thus we kindly ask that guests limit their stay to under one hour, to help us keep things running smoothly.
Are tickets selling out quickly?
If a time slot appears to be sold out, please check back in about 10 minutes, as reservations held in other customers' carts may become available again if their purchase is not completed.
Can I cancel, reschedule, or receive a refund for my booking?
Reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled by the customer, as each booking reserves a limited workshop space and materials for your experience. Please confirm your selected date and time before completing your purchase.
As each refill is handmade and customized, completed refills cannot be returned.
Why was my order canceled and refunded?
To give more people the opportunity to enjoy the workshop, reservations are limited to one per person. If your order contains multiple reservations, or if multiple reservations are placed under the same name, email address, or customer, the additional reservations may be canceled and refunded.
If your order is canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original method of payment.

Thanks to you, TRAVELER’S notebook has reached its 20th anniversary.
We can still vividly recall the feeling when we first held a TRAVELER’S notebook 20 years ago — a sense that something was about to begin. Since then, as if guided by this notebook, we’ve met countless people, and the friends we’ve made have helped expand the world of TRAVELER’S notebook. First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has held this notebook in their hands. And even now, 20 years later, the sense of adventure TRAVELER’S notebook brings has not faded; it continues to invite us on new journeys.
To commemorate this 20th anniversary, we're launching the "TRAVELER'S COMPANY CARAVAN" events to celebrate with TRAVELER'S notebook users around the world. Following events in Tokyo, Seoul, and Kyoto, we’re heading to the United States. We’ll be holding the event at “Paper & Pencil” in Chicago and “Yoseka Stationery” in New York, both of which are TRAVELER’S COMPANY Partner Shops. On September 6 and 7 at “Paper & Pencil,” and on September 11 and 12 at “Yoseka Stationery,” we’ll be hosting “DIY TRAVELER’S notebook!,” where you can create your very own original notebook refill. Choose your favorite paper from the wide variety on display—just like a buffet—and our staff will bind and trim it on the spot. The result will be a one-of-a-kind notebook refill, the only one of its kind in the world. In addition, event-exclusive items will be on sale, including the “Traveler’s Notebook 20th Anniversary Customization Set,” “TRAVELER’S notebook Baby,” and “20th Anniversary Refills.” A stamp corner will also be set up at the venue.
For TRAVELER’S COMPANY, this marks its first visit to the U.S. since the Road Trip Caravan held on the West Coast in 2024. Chicago, known for its skyscrapers and as the birthplace of the Chicago Blues, is our first visit to the city. This will be our first time in New York since 2017. We look forward to meeting you all in Brooklyn, a neighborhood known for its diverse culture and creative art scene. We hope to welcome not only locals but also many visitors who are making this a destination on their travels.
Following the DIY TRAVELER’S notebook! workshops, both venues will be open for free admission for visitors to enjoy the 20th Anniversary event celebration – Paper & Pencil from September 11–13, and Yoseka Stationery from September 18–20. Travelers can enjoy the TRAVELER’S COMPANY CARAVAN 20th Anniversary event celebrating 20 years of TRAVELER’S notebook, experience the Stamp Caravan, explore a gallery tracing the history of TRAVELER’S COMPANY since its beginnings, and browse limited-edition items, including the 20th Anniversary Card Size Set, 20th Anniversary Customization Set, and other exclusive items. It's also a great opportunity to meet and connect with fellow TRAVELER’S notebook enthusiasts.
